ACCOMMODATION & COMFORT

Are the mobile homes air-conditioned?

Yes, all our mobile homes and chalets are air-conditioned.

Are the accommodations recent or renovated?

Our VIP area was created in 2024 with modern, fully equipped mobile homes:

Prestige accommodations: Le Gruissan, Le Grazel
Privilege accommodations: Life Privilège PMR, Le Saline, Le Auzil
Other categories of mobile homes and chalets are older.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Bed linen is included in July and August.
Outside this period, kits are extra:
- 1-person bed kit: €6 / stay
- 2-person bed kit: €7 / stay
- Towel kit: €8 / stay

Can we choose a specific pitch or mobile home?

You may indicate your preference when booking (“stay remarks” section). We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Do accommodations have a covered terrace?

All accommodations have a terrace. Please check the accommodation description to see if it is covered.

Are there sea-view accommodations?

Only our “seafront” pitches have sea views.
Mobile homes are set slightly back, but beach access remains very close.

Is an inventory check carried out?

Upon arrival, please complete the inventory form within 24 hours.

If everything is in order at departure, your deposit will be cancelled and you will receive a confirmation email.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Mobile homes: from 4:00 pm
Pitches: from 3:00 pm

CAMPING PITCHES

Are the pitches shaded?

Pitches are not fully shaded. They are separated by hedges and may include a tree.

What size are the pitches?

Standard pitch: 6–6.5 m long
XL pitch: 7–8 m long

Is there an electricity connection?

Yes, all pitches have a 10A electricity connection. Please bring an adapter and extension lead if needed.

Is there a motorhome service area?

Yes, located near reception.

AQUATIC AREA

Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes, heated by solar panels. Temperature depends on sunshine.

Is there a children’s pool?

Yes, a paddling pool with a small slide.

Are swim shorts or burkinis allowed?

No. According to French regulations, only standard swimwear is allowed.

Is the pool supervised?

Yes, in high season only. Children remain under parental responsibility.

Is the jacuzzi accessible to everyone?

Reserved for adults only.

Is the pool accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, a pool access chair is available.

PEACE & SECURITY

Is the campsite quiet at night?

High season: entertainment until 11:30 pm
Low season: until 10:00 pm
Security patrols are carried out regularly.

Is the site secure?

In July–August, access is controlled by wristbands.
Barriers close from 11:30 pm to 7:00 am.

Are cars allowed to circulate freely?

Cars must drive at walking speed and are not allowed between 11:30 pm and 7:00 am.

ENTERTAINMENT & SERVICES

Kids club included during school holidays (from age 4).
Teen club: 12–17 years.
Gym near the pool.
Aquagym in July–August.
Multi-sports field (football/basketball).
Free Wi-Fi throughout the campsite.
On-site grocery shop.
Snack bar with takeaway and pizzas.

RESTAURANT

Reservation recommended in high season.
Half-board and full-board available.
Open from April 3 to November 2, 2026.

PETS

Dogs allowed (max. 2 per pitch).
Category 1 & 2 dogs not allowed.
Dog beach available at Narbonne-Plage.

BOOKING & CONDITIONS

Deposit: 25%.
Cancellation insurance available.
Balance due 30 days before arrival.
ANCV vouchers accepted.
VACAF approved (CAF number required).

Accueil Vélo certified (secure bike storage).
Cycle path directly to campsite.
Nearby attractions: Gruissan, Massif de la Clape, Saint-Pierre-la-Mer, Narbonne, Abbaye de Fontfroide.
